Electrical and Security Service (CBA Electrical & Security Service), Bill and wife Cindy are corporate member, Cindy joined the Rotary Club of Richmond November 16, 2016 and Bill joined Feb 7, 2018.  
 

Rotary

Bill is past Membership Chair, President Elect 2021-2022. He has been a big supporter of our clubs fundraising event. He co-organized our club’s 2019 Senior Table Tennis Tournament raising fund for outdoor table tennis tables in Richmond City Park. It was a fun event and Bill took the first prize of doubles.
 
Cindy was past club Treasurer and Director-at-Large. 
 

Education/Profession

Bill is the President of CBA, he graduated from the University of Waterloo (B.S.).  He has been in the fields of electrical contracting and security systems for more than 25 years.
 
Cindy obtained a University degree in Taiwan and graduated from Simon Fraser University (B.A.), she assists Bill in his business. She was Financial Advisor with Clarica, Home/Auto Insurance Advisor and Real Estate Agent.

  • Sponsors of many charity fundraising events such as VGH, Mount Joseph Hospital and St. Paul Hospital Foundation, Heart & Stroke Foundation, Children’s Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Association and Rotary Club of Richmond etc  
 
Cindy is Past Director of Taiwan Chambers of Commerce (TCCBC) in 2010, 2016 & 2017 and past Director of Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Association of BC.

Personal

Bill came to Canada from Hong Kong to attend University in 1969. He loves playing table tennis and meeting friends.  Cindy came to Canada from Taiwan in 1992, she is a devoted mother of twin daughters Michelle and Olivia, who both attended 2018 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) North in Prince George, a Leadership program to develop skills while having fun and making connections.
